Xinhuayuan Co., Limited is a software development and systems integration house working from a bench at Rm 5, 8/F, Mega Cube, 8 Wang Kwong Rd, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong (HK). We draw every specification before a line of code is written, we build web platforms, mobile apps and machine integrations for small and mid-size clients, and we stay on the bench long after release so that every shipped system keeps earning its keep. The work is deliberate, the drawings are honest, and nothing leaves the table until it fits.

The process is deliberately plain, because plain processes are the ones that survive contact with a real deadline. We start with a drawing session: a focused conversation in which we write down the users, the flows and the data, and turn them into a specification both sides can read. Nothing is built against a verbal understanding, and nothing is estimated against a wish.
From there a build moves in short, reviewable stages. Each stage ends with something you can actually open and use, even if it is narrow, so that feedback arrives while it is still cheap to act on. Alongside the code we keep a running record of decisions, and at release we hand over the documentation, the deployment scripts and the access details in one package. After release, our maintenance and support work keeps the system honest.
We are a small team by choice. That means the person who drew your specification is close to the person who writes the code, and the person who answers your support call already knows your system. It also means we take on a limited number of builds each quarter, which is why the services page describes both what we do and what we decline.
We do not sell platforms we would not run ourselves, and we do not promise timelines that only hold if nothing goes wrong.
